Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You receive a damaged product.

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the product.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, washed, or altered.

  • The product is damaged due to customer misuse.

  • The return request is made after the allowed time.

  • The customer changes their mind after receiving the correct product.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Refunds may be issued through a mutually agreed method, depending on the situation.

Exchange Policy

If the wrong or damaged item was delivered, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, any approved refund or exchange will be handled after verification of the returned product.
